The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification is to identify and shortlist a sufficient number of experienced and qualified General Contractors for the construction of the new St. Thomas-Elgin Social Services Hub & Affordable Housing. The project building will consist of a basement, the first floor (15,000 sq. feet) will accommodate the Social Services Department and the 2nd and 3rd floors will accommodate affordable housing units (14 units on each floor). |
