The scope of work for the Elm Street and Peach Tree Blvd. Signalization project is generally defined as follows:
The project is located in the south-east quadrant of the City of St. Thomas at the intersection of Elm Street and Peach Tree Blvd. The project area includes the municipal right-of-way covering the entire intersection. Elm Street is classified as a major arterial road with bike lane and has an AADT of approximately 6,300 vpd. Peach Tree Blvd. is classified as a major arterial road with an AADT of approximately 3,000 vpd. |
