This project includes the installation of new demising partition walls in dormitory areas at two locations. Fire Station #1, 305 Wellington Street, St. Thomas, Ontario N5R 2T2. Fire Station #2, 235 Burwell Street, St. Thomas, Ontario N5R 4J7.
Scope of work to include: Fabrication and installation of metal stud and structural steel framed demising walls clad with gypsum board and hardwood capping. Each cubicle to have hollow metal door frame and solid core wood door with hardware. Modifications to existing Mechanical and Electrical systems as noted on the drawings. |
