The City is inviting Proposals from qualified transit technology firms (the “Proponent”) which can provide On Demand Responsive Transit (DRT) Software Platform for the supply and implementation of demand responsive operations. St. Thomas Transit will provide drivers, dispatchers and vehicles while the Proponents should include software applications, communication connections, hardware devices such as tablets and computers. Professional services including marketing of the service should be included. |
