The purpose of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for Winter Maintenance Road Plow Equipment with Operators for the Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (“the City”) in accordance with this document .The City will assign a snow plow route to each piece of equipment, with the successful bidder being responsible for plowing the assigned route(s) to the City’s satisfaction.  The City reserves the right to alter the routes or reassign the equipment to new locations as and when required.
