The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (the City) is issuing this Notice of Procurement to advise the market of a planned Request for Proposal (RFP) for design and construction services for the Water Reclamation Facility No. 2 project. The City is seeking a partnership with an experienced and sufficiently resourced consortium to work collaboratively towards a well-built plant with operating efficiency and long term value as key drivers.
Although no submission is required at this time, interested General Contractors may register their interest by registering for this bid via Bids and Tenders. Those who register their interest as part of this notice of planned procurement will receive an invite once the Request for Proposals is publicly posted.
