The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas is inviting Proposals from architectural firms for designing and administering the construct of a new Animal Services Centre. The location will be just south of the Doug Tarry Baseball complex at the northwest corner of Fairview and Southdale A preliminary site plan and renderings were completed in 2019 to provide a visualization of the concept. |
