The City of St. Thomas (the City) is seeking professional services from an industry leading consulting engineering firm to complete a Transit Electrification & Master Servicing Plan to keep up with a rapidly growing city that has an increasing demand for public transit. The successful Consultant will be responsible for reviewing all relevant background documentation and preparing a comprehensive plan that aligns with the City’s objectives. The project will be awarded as per the timelines in this RFP. The primary objectives of the Transit Electrification and Master Servicing Plan are to assess, modernize, and guide the City of St. Thomas’s transit network and infrastructure to support a sustainable, efficient, and future-ready transit system.
