The City of St. Thomas (the City) is seeking professional services from a consulting engineering firm for the preparation of a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) for the City. The Transportation Master Plan (TMP) will be an update to the 2008 Urban Area Expansion (UAE) TMP. |
