The scope of work shall include all necessary field work and engineering to carry out the analysis and design of the current Woodworth SPS to upgrade capacity to allow for conveyance of the new industrial flows to WRF1 while WRF2 is being constructed, and designing a new Woodworth SPS to convey all current and future flows to WRF2.
The City recognizes that creative solutions will be required and may involve adjusting the scope and budget during the project. Consequently, the City accepts that conditions and options can be included by the proponent.
The project has been divided into two major components as follows:
Component 1 – Short Term Pump Station Upgrades Component 2 - Woodworth SPS Design.
