The Municipality of St. Thomas is inviting proposals for the advanced inspection/assessment (certification), repair (when necessary), and specialized cleaning of firefighting bunker gear. Proponents must be willing and able to provide this service within the designated turnaround time. In addition, Proponents must be willing to provide short-term rental bunker gear upon request. The work shall be initiated through an annual inspection regime, repair when necessary after an inspection, and through requests for advanced cleaning. The proposal shall include bunker gear: • Inspection, assessment and certification of fitness • Advanced cleaning; • Repair as required; • An accessible reporting/asset management system with accurate documentation • Rental as required |
