The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (the City) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, contractors (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking the South Edgeware Booster Station project as noted in the RFPQ documents.

The South Edgeware Booster Station construction project will commence in the spring of 2024. The project will take place next to the existing Elgin-Middlesex Pumping Station (EMPS), which must remain operational and accessible at all times. Strategic coordination between surrounding internal and external construction projects will also be required to achieve project success. Strict, non-negotiable deadlines will also need to be achieved.
