The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (the City) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, contractors (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking the Rail Spur and Bridge project as noted in the RFPQ documents. The Rail Spur and Bridge construction project will commence in the spring of 2024. The project will mainly take place on undeveloped field areas, however strategic coordination between surrounding internal and external construction projects will be required to achieve project success. Coordination with CN Rail will also be of high importance. Additionally, Strict, non-negotiable deadlines will also need to be achieved. |
