The City of St. Thomas invites qualified and experienced Contractors to submit bids to supply all labour, materials and equipment to prepare floor surfaces for removal, replacement & new install of 10mm Mondo Ramflex resilient rubber tile flooring at the Joe Thornton Community Centre, 75 Caso Crossing, St. Thomas.
