The City of St. Thomas (the City) is seeking professional services from a consulting engineering firm for the undertaking of a Sanitary Servicing Class Environmental Assessment (Schedule B) and Detailed Design assignment of new sanitary servicing infrastructure required for the new urban area in the northwest (NW) corner of the City of St. Thomas. This assignment is an extension of the City’s Positioned for Growth Study (Dillon, February 2020).
