The City of St. Thomas (the City) is seeking professional services from a consulting engineering firm for the preparation of a Schedule B Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for the widening of Highbury Avenue and South Edgeware Road. This widening was noted in the 2021 City of St. Thomas Transportation Master Plan (TMP), and Phases 1 and 2 of a Class EA have been completed as part of this master plan process. |
