The City of St. Thomas is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive Climate Adaptation Analysis and Plan. The project will identify climate-related risks and vulnerabilities, engage the community, staff, and Council, and integrate actionable adaptation measures into City operations, policies, and planning. This project is to be completed no later than September 2026.
