The City of St. Thomas invites qualified and experienced Contractors to submit bids to supply all labour, materials and equipment required to repair fencing, review all gates for possible repair or replacement and replace heaving fence posts at the Douglas J Tarry Ball Complex located at 275 Bill Martyn Parkway in St. Thomas.
