Description:  The City of St. Thomas is (City) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to complete sediment removal and disposal at the Waterworks Park Lily Pond facility. Waterworks Park is a 100 acre historical park along the Kettle Creek river valley on the north end of St. Thomas. The Lily Pond is a constructed garden feature first established in the Waterworks Park in the 1930s by Waterworks Staff. The ponds primary purpose is to provide aesthetic benefit to Waterworks Park and support local waterfowl.
