The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas is inviting interested qualified parking management system providers who have demonstrated experience in successfully providing, installing, operating and supporting parking permit and enforcement solutions to submit a proposal for this project. The Proponent shall be responsible for professional services, sourcing, implementation, developing, configuring, testing, training and ongoing maintenance complete with hosting services as required. |
