Description: 

The Highbury Avenue Widening construction project will commence in the spring of 2024. The project
will require strategic phasing to allow for continuous access to the industrial site from Highbury Ave.
Strict, non-negotiable deadlines will also need to be achieved.

The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (the City) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to
solicit responses from interested, qualified, contractors (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking
the project.
